AI Copilot (ChatGPT)

Copilot is basically a feature that enables you to turn on and off chat bot behavior for Live Chat widget based on the information that you enter.

This enables you to present a Robot operator that takes care of chats when your operators are not available or always.

You can jump into a conversation all the time, stop the Copilot and enable it again if needed.

You can decide during the Copilot integration wizard flow when to enable the chat bot: always, when operators are offline or never automatically.

However, you have control over that only on a chat basis. It means that from Slack, MS Teams, Console or Mobile apps you can turn it on and off as needed.

The only additional cost will be your OpenAI access costs that you will need to experience because ChatGPT is not a free tool. SignalZen just use your OpenAI access token so that it could generate answers for your visitors.

During the integration wizard flow, you will be asked to give an URL of your website or knowledge base. SignalZen will use that to scan your website information so that the Copilot could use that as the basis for answering questions.

You can also add plain text information pages after the integration is over. The more information precise, the better Copilot can answer the questions.

In this case, the Copilot gives answer that it doesn't know the answer. If no operators are offline, a subscription by email for updates from the chat is given for the visitor.
